The selection spans Palma's historic centre, the Portals Nous marina strip, and a handful of spots scattered across the island worth the drive. It includes Michelin-recognised fine dining alongside neighbourhood places that are hard to find without a local tip. The common thread is consistency: restaurants that hold their level visit after visit, not just on opening week.
