The Mallorca Real Estate Golf Cup was born from a shared vision: bringing together the most influential names in Mallorca's real estate sector for a day of sport, networking and celebration. Organized by Mariana Chacón, Borbalán and Grup Serra – El Económico, the first edition exceeded all expectations — selling out weeks in advance and gathering 100 players at one of the island's most prestigious courses.
Set against the stunning backdrop of Golf Son Muntaner, part of the Arabella Golf Mallorca resort, the tournament combined Individual Stableford competition with an exclusive welcome breakfast, a welcome bag valued at €150 per participant, and a gourmet lunch and awards ceremony at Restaurante Schwaiger Xino's — led by Cristina Pérez and chef Stefan Brunner.
A landmark occasion
Notable attendees included representatives from Barnes Mallorca, Riu Hotels, Club Bendinat, Mallorca Magazin, and leading figures from the Balearic real estate sector. With Paula Serra (editor of El Económico) and Pedro Rullán (managing director of Grup Serra) in attendance, the event was also a landmark media occasion.
The tournament was played in Individual Stableford format with a Shotgun start at 9:30 am, and required a valid federation licence — ensuring the competitive standard befitting an event of this calibre. The first edition has set the bar very high for those to come.
